Orders shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. All orders shipped via Priority Mail. During summer months Priority Mail shipments may have to be held at your local Post Office for you to pick up due to high temperatures. Shipping may be suspended during very extreme temperatures. All shipments are guaranteed for live delivery. Orders must be received by 10:30 AM EST for same day shipping. All orders taken after 10:30 AM EST will be shipped the next available shipping day.

Never refuse a damaged or late shipment. By the time it gets returned to Nature’s Way the product will most probably be ruined. Always try to salvage as much as possible from any damaged or late shipment. All shipments are guaranteed and we will get a replacement out to you once notified. Nature’s Way must be notified of any damaged or dead shipments within 24 hours of receiving your order. If a shipment is refused and/or returned a replacement will not be sent until the refused shipment is returned to Nature’s Way.
